Based on a centrally managed collection of tailored GenAI applications, known as Genies, GenieHub supports various business functions like HR, marketing, and sales. A Genie consists of a combination of pre-defined tasks assistants, a GenAI model, and corporate content. The main idea is to offer users relevant and effective support for their everyday business tasks through GenAI tools. Instead of having to write goal-oriented prompts themselves, they can simply choose between task assistants, such as “Write blog post” or “Create onboarding documents”.

In addition, GenieHub features options for embedding corporate content. This way, AI outputs are based on up-to-date data and tailored directly to ongoing business activities. Among others, internal documents, customer data, product information, sales and marketing data, and strategic objectives can be integrated. Thanks to its self-hosted AI solutions that adhere to corporate data protection and privacy standards, the platform ensures sensitive information remains secure.
