Program- and Change Management

Together with you, we develop an individual program and synchronize various application modernization projects.
This includes analysis and preparation, implementation including (in-place) migration, rollout including initial intensive support by our developers (Hypercare) as well as operation and support or, if desired, handover to you.

Our change management team will then help you to optimize user acceptance of the renewed system in your company.

Modern User Interface: D2 Smart View / Mobile

We introduce the Documentum D2 Standard Client, D2 Smart View Client and D2 Mobile Client for you. These provide user-friendly access to information from all common browsers and mobile devices.

Documentum Server CE (Cloud Edition) supports Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform and OpenText Cloud and runs very stable with all providers.

Upon request, we offer an optional integration with Office 365/SharePoint.

Custom-fit client for special requirements: fme Custom Solution Framework

We implement our framework into your system, enabling you to make a wide range of different UI/UX design customizations that the standard clients of ECM vendors do not offer. This simplifies the daily work for your users. If required, we will of course develop any additional functions for you, connect your system to Office 365/SharePoint or implement user interfaces that have been specially designed for use on mobile devices.

Backend: Documentum-Server and Integrations

Depending on your requirements, we offer you a 1:1 migration (Lift and Shift) or perform a migration and upgrade Documentum to the cloud (Lift and Extend).

We extend your Documentum system with state-of-the-art cloud services and get the most out of your Documentum capabilities, especially in terms of processing speed.

With our fme integration-center, your Documentum system can be connected to other enterprise applications such as ERP (e.g. SAP), CRM, HCM or Microsoft 365.

Continued enhancements: Accelerate and digitize your processes

For more complex reporting, we connect e.g. Qlikview to your system. With Qlik's proven in-memory technology, you generate search results in seconds
With the connection of a "Robotic Process Automation" to your Documentum system we can automate many of your processes
